It’s summer and that means watermelon season! Here’s a smoothie that I love that uses some of that delicious, juicy red fruit – so refreshing and thirst-quenching! And yes, it’s a green smoothie, too. I know, it might seem a little weird to combine watermelon with greens, but…give it a chance and see what you think! You might just be surprised!

Refreshing Watermelon Smoothie

  • ⅔ watermelon
  • 1 apple pear
  • 2 sticks celery
  • ⅓ mango

Stick it in your Vitamix blender and blend away!
