You know me and green smoothies! I think green smoothies are a major pathway to health. They’re so chock-full of nutrients, and I eat a lot more fresh produce when I can just drink it on-the-go during my busy day. This smoothie is definitely “green” with what’s actually in it, but it’s a lovely shade of pink because of the raspberries. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
- ½ cucumber, but in large chunks
- 2 stalks celery
- 4 cups frozen mango
- 2 ½ large bananas
- 1 ½ cups frozen berry mix
Add all ingredients in your Vitamix and fill with water to max line. Blend and enjoy a bit of Pink Paradise!
